LVMH CORPORATE OFFICES

French fashion and luxury-goods group LVMH commissioned this trio of wall reliefs to mark the entry points of its corporate offices in New York City. All three pieces share the same overall design — a gridded, multilevel installation based on the circular quatrefoil motif of the signature Louis Vuitton pattern, rendered at various scales. Each was crafted in a different material, with the wood, plaster and polished-metal versions used to differentiate one floor from another in the office’s elevator lobbies. This, in turn, eases wayfinding while also providing a strong brand identity.
