Cook & Merchants is a new Food Hall concept created by janson scuro for Neiman Marcus. The 3000 square foot space at the Hudson Yards New York City flagship includes a gourmet coffee bar, a chocolate, beer and wine bar, a spacious demonstration kitchen, and seating and retail areas.
