Boston Townhouse

This 4,600 sf residence is currently in construction. This is a gut renovation and reconstruction of a pre-Civil War townhouse in Boston’s historic South End neighborhood. While the street facing façade is being restored with historical accuracy, the interior of the home will be entirely reconstructed with a modern POV, and every modern convenience. The original historic five level staircase will be restored and a new retractable skylight added above which will access a new roof deck and flood the center of the home with natural daylight from top to bottom.
