CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT

JS is the design architect for this new 21 unit condominium in lower Manhattan. The project features a mix of studio, one and two bedroom units, two penthouses with rooftop terraces, an amenity space, and a street level commercial space. The design features a textured brick facade with a vintage glass street level canopy, state of the art steel windows, and artisan crafted interior finishes and details.
