Lake House

This lakeside pavilion is the first phase of an estate plan in the town of Washington, CT. The pavilion replaces an obsolete 19th century boathouse with a new structure designed for lakeside dining and entertainment. The structure is discretely nestled into a hillside, allowing for privacy from the adjacent road. Facing the water, the structure is composed of steel, timber and glass and is designed for maximum exposure to daylight and lake views.
