The News Building

This feasibility study creates a new, dedicated tenant lobby on the south side of the iconic Daily News Building in New York City. A new entry façade providing prominent street frontage was conceived in a modern language complimentary to the landmarked building’s existing design. Beyond the façade, a new, modern, double height lobby creates the entry point to the branded tenancy. New escalators service the second level office space directly adjacent to the lobby.
